Victoria Jean Klepacki (nee Love), affectionately known as “Nana,” passed away on November 4, 2024, at the age of 79. A beacon of warmth and love, Victoria was born to George and Mary Love on August 14, 1945, and throughout her life she touched countless hearts with her generosity and devotion to her cherished family.
Victoria dedicated decades to her career in market research, initially at Sami and later at IRI. Her compassionate leadership and remarkable expertise left a lasting impact not only on her colleagues but also on the many friends she made throughout her professional journey. Yet, it was in her roles as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that her heart truly flourished. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Deborah (the late John) Byrne and Sharon (George) Anast. The joy she took in her grandchildren, Colleen (Meris) Talic, Timothy Byrne, Rachel (Alex) Brodsky, and Greg Anast, and her great-grandchildren, Carson, Nessa, and Jake, brought light and laughter into her life and filled her days with purpose and love.
Victoria was the heart of every family gathering, hosting lively celebrations that united her loved ones. Her home was a haven of laughter, where cherished family traditions flourished and each holiday was transformed into a treasured memory. From Thanksgiving feasts overflowing with delicious dishes to warm and festive Christmas Eve gatherings, her love and hospitality made these moments extraordinary, leaving a legacy of togetherness that will be carried on by her family for generations to come.
In her downtime, Vicki found joy in playing Bingo, a pastime that not only filled her evenings with fun but also led her to forge many dear friendships. Her spirit resonated with kindness and warmth, drawing people close and creating bonds that created a nurturing community around her.
Victoria is now reunited with her beloved husband, Robert E. Klepacki, her cherished parents, George and Mary Love, her sweet sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Gary Schroeder, her son-in-law John Byrne, and her brother Ron Love in the heavens above. In the embrace of those she loved dearly, we find solace in knowing she is surrounded by their love, watching over us from a place of eternal peace.
Her legacy will endure in the hearts of her family and friends, reminding them of the joy she instilled and the strength she exemplified every day. As they carry her spirit in their lives, they will continue to cherish the memories imbued with her love and kindness, which inspired all who had the fortune of knowing her.
Services will be held at Maryhill Cemetery (in the chapel) on Saturday, November 16, at 11:00 a.m., followed by a luncheon celebrating Vicki’s vibrant life, where stories and memories will be shared to honor the incredible woman she was.
In the words of John 11:25-26, Jesus told her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die."
