Linda Jean Jenkins (nee Smith) passed peacefully at Rush Presbyterian Oak Park Hospital on August 27, 2021.
Linda was born in Blytheville, Arkansas on November 12, 1950. She retired from Rush Presbyterian Chicago after 20+ years of service.
She loved her trips to the Caribbean and her reggae music, time with her friends and her big family (especially her GG babies), experimenting with new recipes, spending time with her two fur babies, relaxing in the backyard, working out at Women’s Workout World in Berwyn, IL, and faithfully attending Acacia Park Evangelical Lutheran Church in Norridge, IL.
She is lovingly remembered by her two adult children Paul Adam Reyes (parter Latoyla Chambers) and Nicole Diane Morgan (husband Toby Morgan), her eight grandchildren Erin Reyes, Kathy Felix (partner Deonte Tunious-Sanford), Vincent Reyes, Anthony Felix (wife Dianna Norton), Jerry Johnson, Matthew Morales, Mia Glass, Brecon Morgan, her six GG babies Xavier Adam Reyes-Worthem, Layla Aliya Reyes, Trinity Amyra Worthem-Smith, Makaela Monet Mayfield, Ziya Jean Tunious-Sanford, And Sydney Belle Felix.
