Katarzyna Zaczek, age 43, beloved mother, loved wife, daughter, sister and aunt passed away peacefully on Friday, September 27, 2019 at their home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her close family & friends who loved and adored her dearly.
Kasia was born on March 22, 1976 in Lomza, Poland to Teresa & Lucjan Zaranscy.
She is survived by her husband Marcin Zaczek, children Jakub & Maya, father Lucjan, brothers Zbigniew, Bogdan, Tomasz, niece Ilona, nephews Piotr, Adam, Krystian, Michael, Alex and other family and friends.
Kasia will forever be remembered for her ALWAYS positive, strong, and caring personality.
If you would like to pay your last respects please arrive at the church at 9:45am.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given.
