Jozef Kukulka passed away on March 27th 2018 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the Zofia Kukulka (nee Skobel). Loving dad of Malgorzata (Krzysztof) Turza, Stanislaw (Urszula) Kukulka. Cherished grandfather of Robert Turza, Mateusz Turza, Justyna Kukulka, Aneta Turza, Gabriela Kukulka and Stanislaw Kukulka. Brother of the late Anna Obrochta, late Wladyslaw Kukulka, Jan Kukulka, Maria Krol and Stanislaw Kukulka. Also survived by many relatives and friends. Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, April 2nd, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pietryka Funeral Home located at 5734-40 West Diversey Ave. Funeral Service, Tuesday, April 3, 2018, 10: 00 AM at St. Priscilla 6949 W. Addison Chicago, IL. Interment: Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, Illinois
