On Friday October 18, 2019, Jan Sut, beloved father of two sons passed away at the age of 65.
Jan is survived by his son Jacek (Malgorzata) Sut and Janusz (Katarzyna) Sut and two grandchildren Adrian and Camilla.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 9:00 PM at Pietryka Funeral Home on Friday October 25, 20019 located at 5734 W. Diversey Ave., Chicago, IL 60639.
