Henryk Tolczyk, 65 of Streamwood passed away September 7, 2020. He is survived by his wife Grazyna (Szeszko) of 44 years; sons, Mariusz and Daniel; daughters, Edyta (Mariusz) and Jessica (Michael); grandchildren, Vincent and Maximilian; siblings, Genevieve (Casey), Czeslawa (Adolek) and Zenon (Sophia). Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irena (Zawadzka) and Wandalin; sister Miroslawa (Tadeusz); brothers Wieslaw (Teresa) and Kazimierz.
Visitation is Friday, September 11, 2020 from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at Pietryka Funeral Home, 5734 W. Diversey Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. Funeral Mass at 11:00 am at Saint Ferdianand Catholic Church in Chicago. Interment MaryHill Catholic Cemetery in Niles.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital - www.stjude.org
