We are horribly saddened to announced the unexpected passing of Derek Dembek at the age of 50. Derek passed away from complications of Covid-19, surrounded by his loved ones. Services will be held on Saturday provided by Pietryka Funeral Home. When more information is available regarding events and next steps, we will keep everyone updated.
Derek was born August 23 in 1971 to parents Janina and Marian Dembek in Tychy, Poland. He spent his childhood there, and when he was 27 years old he moved to America and started his family. He worked in the Stone Fabrication Industry for more than 10 years, later he switched to the Trucking Business for the rest of his years.
Derek was a loving husband to Magdalena, and he was a strong, kind and supportive father to his children Alexander and Oliver Dembek. His knowledge and guidance was the foundation of this family. Our family would not be where it is today if we didn't have Derek with us.
