Bogdan Kopeć passed away unexpectedly to the house of God the Father on September 21 in the morning. He left behind in deep sadness his beloved family members: his wife Janina, 2 sons: Michał, his wife Elżbieta and grandchildren Zofia and Marysia, and his son Sebastian, his wife Urszula and their sons Jakub and Patryk. Bogdan was born 79 years ago in Golina in the Greater Poland Voivodeship.
He was a long-time employee of FUGO in Konin. He came to Chicago 28 years ago.
He devoted his entire life to his family, lived and worked for it. He was a loving husband, a wonderful father and a devoted grandfather. A memorial service will be held on September 29 at 10 a.m. at St Thomas Becket Church in Mt Prospect, 1321 N Burning Bush Lane
Mount Prospect, IL 60056 .
Then, a Holy Mass will be celebrated for the deceased at 11 a.m.
Entombment will take place at All Saints Cemetery
